In the last quarter of 2023, the share of Danes subscribing to video streaming services, such as Netflix, HBO Max, or TV2 Play, increased the most in the age group from 65 to 74-year-olds. Nearly 35 percent of people of this age had a VOD subscription, up from 30 percent of respondents in the previous quarter. By contrast, 18 percent of Danes aged 75 years and older and around 92 percent of people aged 16 to 24 years subscribed to those platforms.
