Textile sector, which was one of the hardest hit retail sectors during the coronavirus pandemic, made a comeback in the later months of 2020. Compared to November 2020 figures, retail trade volume in the textile, clothing, and footwear category grew by 10 percent in the European Union in December 2020. In comparison, electrical goods and furniture sector's trade volume declined by 6.5 percent in the same period.
