As of September 2019, Tyumen Oblast was Russia's region with the highest share of schoolchildren enrolled in programs allowing distance education, measuring at ** percent in basic general education between the fifth and the ninth grades. In the Kaliningrad Oblast, approximately ** percent of 10-to-11-graders could study from home.
