Amidst school closures, part of distancing measures implemented by governments aimed at limiting the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, countries in Latin America and the Caribbean have chosen different formats when it comes to distance learning. According to a survey carried out in May and June 2020, ** percent of the ** countries analized in the region had chosen the internet as one of their distance education delivery systems. The second most popular choice was paper, used by ** percent of surveyed countries.
