Over the period from May 12 to May 24, 2020, the time spent on watching TV by children aged between four and eight years in Russia increased by 17 percent compared to the one recorded from February 3 to March 5 of the same year. During the non-working period announced in the country due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, teenagers from 14 to 17 years old spent 34 percent more time on TV consumption compared to the baseline period.
