Non-household electricity prices for low consumption users in the EU 2025, by country
For European non-household electricity users with an annual consumption of less than 2,000 megawatt-hours, electricity prices in 2024 were highest in Ireland, at euro cents per kilowatt-hour. This was followed by Cyprus and Germany, where the average price was slightly less, at and euro cents per kilowatt-hour, respectively. Sweden and Finland accounted for the least expensive electricity that year.
