* Five volunteers stood 50 meters away from metal detectors at the protest, asking every seventh person to take part in the survey. Out of 399 approached people, 306 agreed. The margin of error was 5.6 percent.
The survey was organized by political scientist Alexey Zakharov and social anthropoligist Alexandra Arkhipova for Vedomosti.

According to the survey results, a half of the people attending the protest action in Moscow were under 33 years old. The fact that popular among the young population performed at the protest could potentially give another incentive to this demographic group to attend the event. Men constituted 64 percent of the protesters.
