The respondents worked at insurance companies with at least one billion U.S. dollars in revenue in 2020. They were equally distributed between three regions - North America (the United States and Canada), Europe (the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Switzerland), and the Asia-Pacific region (Australia, China, and Japan).

*e.g. first 50 percent of teams work on-site the first and third week of the month, remaining 50 percent work on-site the second and fourth week of the month.

More than half of senior insurance executives surveyed globally in * said that their employees would follow a hybrid work model when returning to the office in 2022. One fifth of them stated that their employees will be required to come to the office on specified weekdays but can work remotely some or all other days. Meanwhile, ** percent of the respondents said that their employees will follow a rotating schedule and must work in the office when it's their designated day or week.
