Meta AI is the most recognized brand among American consumers for AI tools, with nearly two-thirds awareness. Trailing behind are ChatGPT and Snapchat My AI, followed closely by Microsoft Bing Chat and Google Bard. AI tools like Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, and Midjourney still have some work to do in terms of brand recognition.

Chatbots lead the way
ChatGPT is the most popular AI tool in the United States, with almost 60 percent popularity. Google's Bard is also more popular than Snapchat My AI, and Meta AI. DALL-E and Adobe Firefly follow closely, both liked by around a third of consumers. At the other end of the popularity ranking, tools like Neeva, Murf, and Perplexity have yet to make a significant impact, all falling under 15 percent in consumer preference.
