If you want to cancel your Starter Account subscription, please follow these steps:
1 – Open your account details
When you are logged in, click the My Account button in the navigation bar and select Account Details.

2 – Cancel your account
Click the Cancel Account link.

3 – Send the cancellation email
After clicking the link, a predefined message will open in your email client. Please include your user ID and the reason for cancellation before sending the email. You can find your user ID in your account details. Our customer service team will then be notified, and you will receive an email confirming your cancellation.
