How to create a collection
If you conduct research on a variety of different topics, ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ lets you organize Favorites into collections. A collection refers to the superordinate level. Each collection can contain multiple chapters.
Here's how to get started:
Click the Create new collection button in your Favorites section.
A dialog box will then appear. Enter the name of your new collection and confirm by clicking Save and close.
The collection will then be created and selected. A chapter will be created automatically so you can structure your research.
On the right-hand side of the page, you can see the contents of the collection.
How to rename a collection
To rename a collection, click the edit icon on the right-hand side of the page.
Enter the new name and confirm it by clicking the check icon or by pressing the Enter key.
The collection has now been renamed.
How to delete a collection
To delete a collection, click the delete icon on the right-hand side of the page.
Confirm your action by clicking Yes, delete in the info box that appears.
Keep in mind that when you delete a collection, all chapters within the collection will be deleted as well.
How to create a chapter
To create a new chapter within a collection, first select the collection you want to add the chapter to. The selected collection will appear on the right-hand side.
In the collection card on the right-hand side, select the New Chapter button.
A dialog box will then appear. Here you can choose the name of the new chapter.
If you don't select a custom name and still click Save and close, the new section will automatically be named "New Chapter" by default.
The newly created chapter now appears within the collection and will be arranged alphabetically.
TIP: If you need a specific order of chapters, you can number them, and they will be arranged numerically.
How to rename a chapter
To rename a chapter, click the edit icon on the right-hand side of the page.
Enter the new name and confirm it by clicking the check icon or by pressing the Enter key.
The chapter has now been renamed.
How to delete a chapter
To delete a chapter, click the delete icon on the right-hand side of the page.
Confirm your action by clicking Yes, delete in the info box that appears.
All contained statistics will remain in your Favorites collection.
Add statistics to chapters
There are two ways to add statistics to a chapter:
- From your Favorites folder directly
- From within the respective chapter itself
Adding statistics from Favorites to chapters
On your Favorites page, you can add a statistic to a specific chapter by clicking the plus icon next to each statistic.
A modal window will open showing all your collections and their related chapters. Check the box next to the desired chapter where you would like the statistic to be added.
The statistic will still remain in your Favorites collection afterward.
Adding statistics directly from chapters
When you are inside a chapter, you will find the Add statistic button on the right-hand side.
A modal window will open showing all your favorites. Here, you can select the statistics you would like to link to your chapter by using the checkboxes.
Then click Save and close.
You will now also find your selected statistic in your chapter.
