The traditionally Christian holiday is celebrated among close family members or extended relatives around decorated trees, nativity scenes, gifts, and big feasts. According to a 2022 survey, the biggest priorities when going Christmas shopping among Latin American consumers were the Christmas presents, Christmas dinner, and clothing and accessories. When it came to the younger generations, spending time with the family held the biggest meaning of Christmas for children and teens in Latin America.
