According to a survey conducted in late 2022, the main reason for Latin American consumers to go Christmas shopping in physical stores was to see and try out the product, with almost 30 percent of respondents affirming so. Another two out of 10 consumers preferred physical stores during Christmas shopping season due to the immediate availability of the product. Physical stores were the favorite purchase channel for Christmas shopping in Latin America in 2022.
