According to a 2025 survey, EU and United States infrastructure firms noted that the uncertainty about the future was the biggest barrier to their investment activities. Secondly, **** of respondents saw the availability of skilled staff as an obstacle to their investments, which was higher than in the previous year. Similar concerns are present regarding investments in the construction sector.
