"This is the fourth annual industry study, which includes data collected from 77 alternative finance platforms, as well as over 8,300 retail investors within the UK. This research was conducted over the course of six months and included three phases of research. The survey collected aggregate-level industrial data used to measure the size and growth of the industry, as well as other key metrics. This benchmark included responses from 77 platforms, capturing an estimated 95% of the visible UK online alternative finance market."
