This statistic shows the development of project numbers (projects that were successfully financed in full) on crowdfunding platforms in Germany from 2011 to 2014. In 2011, 170 projects were backed via the crowdfunding system. By 2014, the successful projects number had increased to 1,058, which constituted 62 percent of all projects introduced that year to potential funders.
