It particulaly highlights the growth in the accomodation and catering sector, which had evolved from 20 percent in 2012 to 33 percent in 2015 and 2016. In total, the sales or processed orders had attained the highest percentage in 2015 and 2016 at about 16 percent, before a four percent fall in 2018.
