The business indicator of the small business barometer is operating with net numbers where the answers are recalculated
into percentages. A value less than 0 means contraction, while a value
over 0 means expansion. The net figure shows how fast growth changes, rather than an absolute level.
The sum of these net figures forms the business indicator.
