As of October 2021, Jens Stoltenberg's Second Government was the longest ruling of Norway's Coalition Governments, lasting eight years. Erna Solberg's Government, which ruled the country for seven years, 11 months and ** days, had the second longest duration. On the other hand, the Government of John Lyng in 1963 lasted less than a month.
