This graph shows the leading reasons that patients in the U.S. avoid telling their doctors about health issues, according to a survey concluded in September 2015. It was found that 46 percent of respondents said the main reason they avoid telling their doctor about health issues is that they feel embarrassed or are afraid of being judged.
