Before its shutting down in 2019, Google Plus was used by Italian account holders to communicate with their bank. However, a survey conducted in March 2018 showed that only *** percent of account holders used to request assistance to the bank through Google Plus. In Italy, percent of the respondents received promotional messages about their bank on Google Plus.
