The figures are derived from the Household Budget Survey (according to the EU example, EU-HBS). Under Supervision, the participating families fill out a questionnaire during one month. From 2012 onwards, 6000 households participated every year.
** Until 2010, the results of the survey were published annually, from 2012 onwards, however, the numbers are only published every 2 years. As a result the figures for 2011, 2013 and 2015 are missing.
