The source adds the following: "The statistic of 'IMSS beneficiary population' includes both insured individuals and pensioners, as well as their dependent family members. The figures for insured individuals and pensioners are determined based on the IMSS administrative records, while those related to their family members correspond to estimates determined based on family coefficients. The family coefficients correspond to the average number of beneficiaries per family and are applied to the number of insured workers and pensioners. Meanwhile, the statistic of 'beneficiary population assigned to an IMSS family medicine unit (UMF)' is determined, both for the figures of insured individuals and pensioners as well as their family members, based on administrative records from the Beneficiary Access System (AcceDer)."
In this statistic, a period is used as the thousands separator symbol and a comma as the decimal separator symbol.
