* Lotteries are understood as those included within the definition set forth in article 3.b of Law 13/2011, of May 27, on the regulation of gambling: gambling activities in which prizes are awarded when the number or combination of numbers or signs, expressed on the ticket, coupon, or its electronic equivalent, match wholly or partially with those determined by a draw or event held on a previously established date or in a prior program, in the case of instant or pre-drawn games. Lotteries will be marketed in tickets, coupons, or any other form of participation whose medium may be material, computer-based, telematic, telephonic, or interactive.
