Despite the improvement in the economic situation in the Mediterranean country, Spaniards have decided to tighten their belts again during the 2024 Christmas holidays, according to a study conducted by the payment platform Raisin. The area where the population will invest the most money is in gifts: ** percent will spend between *** and *** euros. The other most relevant spending focus is the Christmas dinner, a category to which ** percent of respondents plan to allocate between ** and 100 euros. This last percentage rises to ** percent when considering those who will increase their budget up to *** euros.
