The figures for sellers refer to the so-called sales agents. They constitute the Main Sales Channel, also called the sales agents channel, which is made up of affiliates of ONCE (blind people or those with severe visual impairment) and people with other disabilities, all of whom have an employment relationship with ONCE.
In addition to these, there are complementary points of sale, which amount to 10,255. This channel, which complements the Main Sales Network, markets products from the three lottery modalities. The Complementary Physical Channel is made up of points of sale (mainly tobacco shops, service stations, newsstands, and the postal service commercial network), which are owned by third-party individuals or legal entities that have signed a contract with ONCE.
