The source adds the following information about the electromobility barometer: "It is an index (based on 100) that assesses the level of compliance of territories with different objectives such as: achieving a 10 percent market share of electrified vehicles; reaching a 70 percent penetration of pure electric vehicles compared to electrified vehicles; the necessary volume of charging points to achieve this goal (3.3 points per 1,000 people of driving age); and that 30 percent of these infrastructures are fast or ultra-fast charging. With these elements, an assessment is made, with the level or value 100 representing full compliance with these objectives. On this scale, and depending on the different degrees of achievement of the objectives, a value or level is assigned to each territory."
