The RepTrak® Pulse score is based on responses to questions aimed at measuring trust, admiration, and respect towards a brand, as well as the positive feeling and image it conveys and the overall esteem it generates on a scale from 0 to 100 points, where less than 40 points is considered a poor score, between 40 and 59 a low score, between 60 and 69 average, between 70 and 79 a good score, and over 80 an excellent score. The web surveys were conducted in 15 countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Russia, Spain, South Korea, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

From this temporal comparison, it is evident that Coca Cola and Pepsico were the brands in the sector that lost the most points in terms of reputation among consumers.
