Out-of-home consumption refers to the following establishments and services:
- Bars, cafeterias
- Restaurants.
- Nightclubs, pubs.
- Bakeries, pastry shops, terraces, beach bars, vending machines, grocery stores, gas stations, kiosks.
- Hypermarkets, supermarkets, and discount stores.
The term "cold drinks" refers to spirits, beers, wines and sparkling wines (including cava), soft drinks, water, juices, juice- and milk-based drinks, and others (summer red wine, cider).
