According to data collected among users of Shinhan credit cards in South Korea aged 60 years or above, active seniors used their Shinhan cards *** percent more on travel activity platforms in 2024 compared to the same timeframe in 2022. All areas experienced growth among both active seniors and other older adults, except for airports. While active seniors used their credit cards more in airports, other older adults decreased their credit card usage there by ** percent.
