In 2024, about 30.2 percent of students aged between 14 and 17 years in Italy consumed cigarettes, heated tobacco products (HTP), and/or e-cigarettes. This statistic breaks down this figure by type of product consumed. In this period, traditional cigarettes remain the most consumed tobacco product, with one-fifth of surveyed students smoking them.
