A 2024 survey conducted in China discovered that only ** percent of its users spent more time on browsing the verified business and organization accounts on WeChat than a year ago, the lowest compared to other social media asked in the survey. More than half of the surveyed WeChat Official Account users indicated that their usage time remained the same.
