According to a 2024 survey, ** percent of respondents in the Middle East and North Africa said that they usually have the Suhoor meal during Ramadan, and, or have snacks after their Iftar meal. ** percent of respondents also said that they tend to have healthy snacks after breaking their fast. The month of fasting also provided an opportunity to reset their bodies for ** percent of respondents.
