According to a survey from September 2024 that was conducted among managers of companies in Japan that were involved in IT modernization and had an annual revenue of more than ** billion Japanese yen, ** percent of the respondents stated that employees were too busy with their daily tasks to dedicate time to the development of digital skills. It was the most commonly given internal barrier regarding the development of digital human resources.
