The annual growth rate of manufacturing value added is calculated using constant local currency, with aggregates based on 2015 constant prices, expressed in U.S. dollars. Manufacturing encompasses industries from the international standard industrial classification (ISIC) divisions 10-33. Value added represents the net output of a sector, calculated by summing all outputs and subtracting intermediate inputs. It is determined without accounting for depreciation of assets or the depletion and degradation of natural resources. The origin of value added is defined according to ISIC, revision 4.
