During a 2024 survey in the United States, ** percent of Gen Z respondents stated that technology had a positive impact on their dining experience at quick service restaurants. Comparatively, only ** percent of Baby Boomers said the same. Baby Boomers were also the generation with the highest share of respondents that said tech in FQSRs had a negative impact on the dining experience.
