The levelized cost of heat (LCOH) in the Netherlands is forecast to decrease for each technology by 2030. Heat pump under 100º Celsius had one of the lowest LCOH among heating technologies in 2023, at ** euros per megawatt-hour thermal. This value was projected to decrease to ** euros by 2030. Gas boilers' LCOH will decrease from ** to ** euros per megawatt-hour thermal.
