Cybersecurity prioritization level within companies in the EU 2024
As of 2024, in most EU countries, cybersecurity was a very high or fairly high priority for companies. In particular, for nearly ** percent of Irish and Maltese companies, cybersecurity was of very high priority. On the other hand, cybersecurity constituted a low or very low priority for the majority of Romanian companies. This is due to cost concerns, as most enterprises consider cybersecurity a costly expense.
