According to a survey carried out in 2023, ** percent of the respondents shared flexible working options as the primary method their organization had done to retain women in financial leadership roles. ** percent of the participants identified an open and honest culture, along with strong anti-harassment policies, as the second most significant strategy employed by organizations to keep women in financial leadership roles. According to the survey, ** percent of the participants stated promotion of opportunities and networks of support as the main initiatives their organizations had. In contrast, only ** percent of the respondents stated that gender equal pay as an approach taken by their companies to retain women in financial leadership role.
