According to a survey carried out in 2023, workplace flexibility was the leading initiative adopted by organizations to attract women into financial roles. ** percent of the respondents reported that their organizations had implemented initiatives in learning and development, recruitment, and diversity and inclusion to bolster the number of women in finance. Only ** percent of the respondents said that their organization used promotion to increase the attraction of women to financial roles.
