Questionnaire
The source explains that respondents were asked about the potential impact of 36 different risks on their organization over the next 12 months. They did so by rating the potential impact of each risk with a score. The lowest score - 1 - equalled "no impact at all", whereas the highest score of 10 referred to an "extensive impact." These scores reported by all respondents were then computed to an average score, to finally get ranked from the highest average to the lowest average.
