According to 112 decision makers in the global mining and metals industry who participated in a survey from December 2024 to January 2025, a 23 percent share of the respondents stated that mitigating geopolitical risks should be the main priority for the mining industry in 2025. Only eight percent of the survey respondents stated that capital discipline and divisions were their main management priorities for 2025.
