Certain issues decreased during COVID-19, while others increased. Robberies and alcohol consumption in streets decreased during COVID-19 as many people stayed home. Other issues, such as police/military interference, racist behavior, drug sales in streets, street violence and fights, and sexual harassment all increased slightly during COVID-19.
