In 2022, just under a third of German consumers stated that they planned to reduce their consumption of pork in the coming years. Similar numbers of consumers in the country also intended to reduce sausage (** percent) and beef and veal (** percent) consumption. Consumers showed the least interest in reducing their game consumption.
