The regional elections in Castile-La Mancha on May 28, 2023 saw the Partido Socialista Obrero Español (PSOE) increase its vote by almost one percentage point, however, despite being the party with the most votes, it lost 2 seats. By gaining six more points than in the 2019 elections, the Vox party gained parliamentary representation for the first time. The Ciudadanos party, meanwhile, lost more than ten percentage points, thus losing all of its parliamentary representation.
