The regional elections in the Canary Islands on May 28 saw the Partido Socialista Obrero Español (PSOE) continue to be the party with the largest representation in parliament, despite losing more than 1,5 percent of the votes when compared to the 2019 elections. With approximately 22 percent of the vote, the Coalición Canaria kept the seven seats it had previously won, while the Ciudadanos party lost nearly seven percentage points, thus losing all its parliamentary representation.
