The attitudes toward the future of Czech society fluctuated in the observed period. Only a few percentage points usually separated the optimistic and pessimistic values. In 2019, people were the most optimistic out of the observed period at 62 percent, while in 2012, their attitude toward the future was the most pessimistic. As of 2025, the pessimism reached 60 percent,a nine percent increase compared to 2023.
