Attitudes toward expansion of different energy sources in Canada 2022
Renewables accounted for the highest level of support among the respondents to a survey that took place between November and December 2022 on the expansion of different energy sources in Canada. Namely, over ** percent of the respondents expressed a positive opinion on solar or wind energy sources. By comparison, hydraulic fracturing and coal mining were the energy sources that were the least supported by the survey respondents to be expanded.
