Wind farms are expected to overtake coal plants and contribute nearly 90 terawatt hours to Poland's energy mix by 2050. Onshore wind alone will account for some 55.8 terawatt hours added. Meanwhile, solar wind farms are forecast to become Poland's greatest energy source by nameplate capacity.
