According to a survey on gender equality in South Korea in 2021, about **** percent of male respondents aged 60 years and older answered that men should have the primary responsibility of providing for the family. It was a higher response rate than any other age or gender groups. On the opposite, only *** percent of female respondents in the youngest age group agreed with it.
